Faculty will be able to submit a Self-Assessment for their mid-year or annual performance. Please send the Self-Assessment to the respected Administrator.
Faculty can Request for an Employment Verification Letter, Performance Appraisal, and/or Letter of Recommendation
Request for Employment Verification may take up to 1-2 days to process. In addition, faculty is able to request for and evalaution and performance appraisal .
